Bengal Bat Terms & Conditions — Complete Terms Governing Membership, Betting & Payments

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bengal Bat ("Platform", "we", "us") and its members ("you", "member", "user"). These Terms apply to all services on the bengalbat.ws website and its associated mobile applications.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and constitute the original governing document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. 2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account with Bengal Bat, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household address, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is placed on Bengal Bat and a "Bet Confirmed" message is displayed, it is considered final. Bengal Bat reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or exceptional circumstances, in which case the stake will be refunded.

3.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect confirmed bets. However, if a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed during bet processing, Bengal Bat reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.

3.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

• If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are refunded.
• If an event is suspended and does not resume within the specified time, the bet may be voided.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is removed and the remaining selections stay active.

3.4 Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time a bet is placed and when it is confirmed, Bengal Bat reserves the right to accept the bet at the updated odds or reject it entirely. Bets placed with an unfair advantage due to technical delays may be voided.

3.5 Maximum Payout Limit

Bengal Bat sets maximum payout limits per single bet and total daily payouts, and these are subject to change. Separate limits may apply for VIP members. Contact customer support for current limits.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Bengal Bat does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to you.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier.

4.3 Processing Times

Bengal Bat regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. By claiming these offers, members agree to the general terms outlined below.

5.1 Rollover Requirements

• Each bonus comes with specific rollover requirements, which are outlined in the respective bonus details.
• Bets placed with bonus credits are generally counted toward rollover calculations.
• Bets placed on certain games or sports may not count towards the rollover.

5.2 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, providing false information, or engaging in coordinated betting will be considered "bonus abuse". Bengal Bat reserves the right to cancel bonuses and permanently close accounts in such cases.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires. Withdrawing before meeting the rollover requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bengal Bat and will result in account closure along with further action:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration.
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to someone else.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Betting using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

Bengal Bat is not liable for the following:

• Losses due to internet outages or issues with your device.
• Failure of third-party services (payment gateways, internet connectivity).
• Platform unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.

Bengal Bat is committed to maintaining high service quality, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Any scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8.1 At Bengal Bat's Discretion

Bengal Bat may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or irregularities.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Member-Initiated Closure

You can request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed. If the closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, reopening the account may not be straightforward.
